The size and condition of your home will determine how many hours are required. Each home will require a different amount of hours to achieve desired results. The service is charged hourly and you have the freedom to choose the level of cleaning by determining the hours. Hourly cleaning will ensure you are only paying for what you need as opposed to a fixed price. By increasing the hours you book, you are able to receive more cleaning. We don’t provide home visit quotes. All of our home cleaning services are charged hourly. Our home cleaning prices are available on our website. There are no hidden fees and you will know the total cost of the appointment at the time of your booking. The appointment cost is determined purely based on the hours booked. A Once Off Clean and a Regular Clean is generally performed by one person. In some cases depending on the size, condition of the home and whether the service is a Deep Clean, a team of cleaners may be assigned to your appointment.

Absolutely. If you book a Regular Clean with us we will assign you the same cleaner. In the event your cleaner is sick we will endeavour to arrange a replacement cleaner for you.

It’s not necessary to be home when the cleaner arrives. You can leave your cleaner a key in a safe pre-determined place that was communicated prior. Your cleaner will then return the key to the same location. You are more than welcome to meet your cleaner on your initial appointment and give them a walk through of your home. We will greatly appreciate if you could let us know in advance if you require changes in the cleaning schedule. We will endeavour to find you a new spot with your cleaner that will suit your requirements.

Our cleaners will not hold onto client keys for security purposes. If you are not home you are welcome to leave your cleaner a key in a safe pre-determined place that was communicated prior. Once the cleaner has finished cleaning by default the cleaner will put the key back in the same pre-determined location. Upon request your cleaner can also leave the key inside your home and lock the front door upon exiting. Most clients will leave their key in a key combination safe for their cleaner. Your cleaner will bring all the required cleaning products for your appointment. Your cleaner will use your equipment (vacuum & mop) for hygiene purposes. Payment is due on your appointment day upon completion of the cleaning. Payment is payable via cash or bank deposit. The recommended payment option is cash unless the cleaner has a preference for bank deposit. Payment is made directly to your cleaner after each service, not to Inner Melbourne Maids.

All of our cleaners can provide you with a receipt for the service they are providing. If you would like a receipt after each clean please advise your cleaner.

Yes, if for any reason you are unhappy with your cleaner we would like you to tell us. We will most definitely be able to assign you a different cleaner. Our clients happiness is our highest priority.

Most definitely. We are very strict with our selection criteria of our registered cleaners. Each cleaner goes through a lengthy selection and registration process before they are assigned to clients’ homes. You can rest assured all of our cleaners are trustworthy. All of our cleaners also are pre-interviewed, interviewed, go through character assessment,vetted and police checked.

You will never be overcharged if your cleaner runs out of time. Your cleaner will only clean for the duration of hours that you have booked. All services are hourly and the completion of each task is dependent on the total hours booked. The total hours and appointment price is always confirmed with you during the booking process so there are never any surprises. Unless you agree to increase the hours of an appointment, the total appointment price will not change.
